• Co-ed 3.5 - 4.0: 5:30 - 7:30 pm* - Activity #101200C
  
• Co-ed 4.0+: 7:45 - 9:45 pm* - Activity#101200D

"Co-ed" teams includes "GENDER BLIND" teams.

HOW IT WORKS

5 WEEKS LONG - 2 of the 5 weeks is back to back days (Wednesday/Thursday).

7 Total Sessions - 6 sessions of League, 1 session Tournament

Must be on roster to win prizes.

League Fees

Resident fee per team member:
2 person $216, 3 person $243, 4 person $270

Non-resident fee per team member:
2 person $240, 3 person $270, 4 person $300

Individual team member fees based on residency. Islip resident must include Resident Recreation number.

Payment made thru Town of Islip of Islip Sports Office

Make payment(s) made thru Town of Islip Rcreation Department.

Pay tournament fee at Islip Sports Office>
50 Irish Lane, East Islip.

Sports Office is located upstairs. Look for Gerald or Nancy.
If not in, take down the name of the person form and payment is given to.

Please note: Be sure to write the Activity number(s) you are paying for on your check and credit card payment. Town of islip residents must include Resident Recreation card number in all entries to pay the resident rate.

Payments with missing info may not be processed in time for event.
